Inleiding kennislijn, college 1, inleiding in de psychologie enpedagogiek
Als sociaal werker moet je veel verstand hebben van mensen en hun gedrag,
van je cliënten dus.
Door spiegelneuronen, hebben wij al wat psychologische kennis. Hierdoor
kunnen wij mensen begrijpen, en soms voelen wat hun voelen. Dit komt ook
gewoon door je ervaring.
Psychologie: de wetenschap van gedrag en geestelijke processen (denken en
voelen) letterlijk: de studie van de geest.
Pedagogiek: de wetenschap van het opvoeden. Letterlijk: kinderopleiding.
Begin wetenschappelijke psychologie
Wilhelm Wundt, 1879, stichtte een psychologisch laboratorium. Hier
vonden de eerste onderzoeken plaats, naar bijv, prikkels, geheugen.
William James, deed dit ook in de VS, hij deed onderzoek naar emoties.
Empirische wetenschappen
Psychologie en pedagogiek zijn empirische wetenschappen.
Het bewijst dingen door observatie/experiment.

Beschrijft het studieobject
Verklaart de verschijnselen
Voorspelt op grond van theorieën dingen die getoetst kunnen
worden.

1. Psycho-analyse:
Sigmund Freud, gedrag wordt sterk bepaald door het onbewuste
In dat onbewuste zitten aangeboren driften en verdrongen
ervaringen.
De eerste 5 levensjaren zijn bepalend voor de ontwikkeling je
persoonlijkheid.
Persoonlijkheid is opgebouwd uit:
o Het onbewuste (ID)
o Het bewuste (EGO)
o Het geweten (SUPEREGO)
2. Behavioristische perspectief
Watson: de psychologie moet wetenschappelijker worden (zoals
de natuurwetenschap)
Alleen gedrag dat waarneembaar/meetbaar is en waarmee je
experimenten kunt doen is relevant.
