Doel:
Eindtermen (www.ond.vlaanderen.be):
- 1.1: De leerlingen kunnen de motorische basisbewegingen op een
voldoend flexibele en verfijnde wijze aanwenden in gevarieerde en
complexe bewegingssituaties.
Activiteit:
De klas wordt opgedeeld in groepen van vier en ze moeten onder een brug van
banken en matten voorwaarts sluipen en daarna gaan ze in mierenhoudingen
kruipen naar de overkant van de zaal ( in dezelfde groepen) .
De leerlingen verspreiden zich in de zaal en liggen op hun buik. De lesgever legt
een pittenzak op de rug van elke leerling. Zij moeten de pittenzak sluipend of
kruipend vervoeren ( vrije keuze) doorheen de zaal zonder deze te laten vallen.
Als deze op de grond vallen dan leggen we deze terug op de rug.
