of the EU.

become, also in terms of policy making.
The EU used to mainly make rules and regulations. However, nowadays the world looks very
different. In the last 10 years there have been some large events, such as the euro crisis, the
immigration crisis, the Brexit and COVID-19. After those events, the EU started to mainly make
