In this study, we aim to explore the challenges leaders face in organizations that have a major
influencing on the organizational performance. Theories and frameworks were interpreted
from recent studies associated to leadership and organizational behavior in the current volatile
market. We examined the impact of human behavior through the study of organizational
behavior and discussed the best possible managing techniques to better deal with employee
productivity and managing teams. The study was done on an organization called XY passing
through a time of growth and change. The results indicated that leadership and HRM are co-
related and must be simultaneously present to ensure effective communication and smooth
development within the organization. This study reflects a more direct role of leadership in its
ability to achieve a sustainable change and growth in an organization.
