Al het materiaal staat al klaar.
Van in de klas biedt je de leerlingen veel structuur:
- Wachten aan de deur
- Per twee door de gang in stilte
- Omkleden volgens een vast volgorde (1 schoenen uit, 2 bloes uit,…) en nadien
- aankleden volgens de omgekeerde volgorde indien van toepassing.
- In stilte van de kleedkamer naar de sporthal
- Wachten op de bank.
Vraag eventueel aan je mentor zijn/haar rituelen. Probeer ook zo weinig mogelijk tijd mee te
verliezen want je moet je leerlingen snel laten bewegen, snel te laten opwarmen zodat
sommige hun energie kwijt kunnen. Ze hebben nood aan beweging , geef ze in de
opwarming even de kans om zich uit te leven.

Merkt je dat het fout loopt onmiddellijk bijsturen durf gerust afwijken van je les indien
het moet.
