In de periode van 31 augustus 2020 tot en met 11 januari 2021 is de opdracht
normatieve professionalisering opgesteld. Deze opdracht is uitgevoerd bij Thebe
Wijkverpleging buurtteam Oud Dongen. Dit is een organisatie die thuis
verpleging en verzorging biedt.
In dit voorwoord wil ik gebruik maken van de gelegenheid om een aantal
personen te bedanken die dit portfolio mede mogelijk hebben gemaakt. Ten
eerste wil ik Brechtje Letanche bedanken voor haar steun en begeleiding vanuit
de Hogeschool Utrecht. Ten tweede wil ik Moreno Sparidans en Marion Koot
bedanken voor hun begeleiding vanuit Thebe Wijkverpleging.
Als laatste wil ik mijn dank uitspreken aan mijn medestudenten voor hun
leerzame adviezen tijdens deze stageperiode.
