Summary of the unit.

Now, Isadora is 13 years old, and she has decided to write about her life.

In this part of the encyclopedia, she talks about different events that
happen to make her feel thousands of emotions: some goods, others
bad and most of them are confusing.

F
amily situations is very common in this section. Now, Isadora
talks about her family, especially Seb. She says about a singular
place: Respirate Care. She thinks that is not easy that Seb is with
other people and has a weekend away from his family. Decisions about
Seb make the family atmosphere tense. Then, Isadora explains a
situation that in her opinion is unfair: “paying the price for doing the
crime”, in other words, because she is the only one who is punished.

sadora’s family is divided into two opinions about Seb: if Seb is not a
normal person and family can not put expectations on his (Seb and
Dad opinion) On the other hand, mon’s opinion: Seb just uses it as an
excuse. Isadora, in this moment, started to cry. Seb’s conflicts is a
reason, but she was crying about a bunch of stuff: school, friends and
Kai. After that, she felt like she could breathe, She felt OK again. In this
occasion, she understood how Seb felt after an episoden too. People do
not need have autism, can be in episode, mostly teenagers.

A
ppearance, like all the teenagers, is something that worries to
Isadora. Clothes shows a lot of you: your favorite things,
economic position and friendship thay you have. Isadora talks
about the first day of school and describes, first of all, the clothes that
she wore: new dark jeans and sleeveless T-shirt. She felt cool with them.
But always her thoughts are: Do I look OK? Should Iwear makeup?. A
topic of high interest in a girl.

B
est friend forever: this topic in this section is very confused.
Isadora does not understand what kind of relationship or
friendship she has with Freddie. Now Isadora feel she is very
distant from Freddy. She talks about Ruth Quayle. She describes her like
the funniest and most excitable thirteen-year-old girl that she knows.
Isadora admires her a lot because Ruth neither cares nor notice what
other people think. But in this relationship there is a problem: Best friend
Freddy does not like Ruth, and Ruth does not likre Freddie, too. But
during the last pages of this encyclopedia Ruth has shown qualities as a
good friend for Isadora. It could be said that he has become an
important protagonist of this story.
