Dit onderdeel werk je met jouw verpleegkundig team uit.
Bij onderdeel 1 kies je voor de methode van Gordon met de PESD of je werkt via Omaha.

relevant zijn voor de verpleegkundige zorg die je gaat indiceren. Orden deze

functioneel of disfunctioneel is. (max. 5 pt.)
1. Patroon van - Mevrouw accepteert geen hulp van anderen. Dit
gezondheidsbeleving en - omdat zij niemand tot last wil zijn. Ook wil zij niet
instandhouding als “bijzonder geval” behandelt worden. Doordat
zij deze hulp niet accepteert loopt zij meerdere
gezondheidsrisico’s.
- Dit resulteert in een disfunctioneel patroon.
2. Voeding/stofwisselingspatroon - Mevrouw heeft moeite met slikken, tijdens het
drinken verslikt ze zich vaak. Dit kan uitlopen in
een enorme hoestbui.

3. Uitscheidingspatroon - Mevrouw is in de loop van de dag vaak te
vermoeid om naar het toilet te gaan, waardoor
ze haar urine te lang ophoudt. Dit heeft zich
geuit in een blaasontsteking.

4. Activiteitenpatroon - Mevrouw heeft Multiple Sclerose (MS)
- Mevrouw is de laatste zes weken meer
vermoeid waardoor zij minder kan werken en
ook steeds vaker uitstapjes afzegt.
- Mevrouw is niet in staat het huishouden bij te
houden, hier is nu drie uur in de week hulp voor.
- Mevrouw is niet meer in staat om te autorijden.
- Mevrouw krijgt één keer per dag hulp van de
wijkverpleging bij het wassen en aankleden.
- Mevrouw krijgt ’s avonds hulp van haar man bij
het naar bed gaan.
- Dit resulteert in een disfunctioneel patroon.
