Mijn naam is naam en ik zit in mijn eerste jaar van de opleiding HBO-Verpleegkunde. Deze studie doe
ik op Hogeschool Saxion op de locatie in Deventer. In dit verslag leest u mijn verpleegplan dat ik heb
geschreven voor mevrouw de Bont als haar verpleegkundige. Mevrouw de Bont heeft toestemming
gegeven dat ik haar naam mag gebruiken in dit verslag. Voor dit verslag heb ik samengewerkt met
mijn SWL-klas.
In dit verslag komen verschillende soorten rollen aan bod. De kern-rol is Zorgverlener. Als
zorgverlener gaat de verpleegkundige diagnosticeren, indiceren en bepaalt een prognose. Ook
worden de zorgplannen en beoogde resultaten vastgesteld en worden er interventies bepaald. De
algemene rol is Samenwerker. Als samenwerkerker gaat de verpleegkundige leren hoe je het beste
gezamenlijk met de doelgroepen en omgeving een besluit kan vormen. Als laatste rol is er de
Professionele rol, de Professional. Denk hierbij aan de professionele houding en het handelen binnen
wet- en regelgeving en de beroepscode (Blackboard, 2021).
