Cardiorespiratory endurance and wellness are very important in an individual’s overall

health. Cardiorespiratory endurance is how well someone is able to do exercise and for how

long. Wellness is the overall health of a person and their risk of developing conditions or

diseases. Cardiovascular endurance and wellness are related because they both contribute to the

overall health of an individual as well as physical fitness. Having an exercise program to help

helps to decrease an individual’s risk for conditions and diseases (Powers & Dodd, 2017).

and wellness and found that studies are limited. Most cardiorespiratory endurance and wellness

studies are on specific target groups usually with health concerns, conditions, or diseases. This

study encompasses cardiorespiratory endurance and wellness in healthy younger people

(Appelqvist-Schmidlechner, Vaara, Vasankari, 2020).
