Oorsprong: margo medialis scapulae
Insertie: tuberculum minus
Innervatie: N. subscapularis sup en inf (C5-6-7)
Uitstraling
Palpatie Ruglig + vlakke palpatie boven de margo anterior scapulae, mediaal tov de
teres major (opletten provocatie N. ulnaris en N. medianus in de okselholte!)
Kenmerken - Uitlokkende bewegingen: sterke exorotatie, ruglig met handen achter
hoofd, zwemmen, werpactiviteiten
- Ten gevolge van: immobilisatie, postop, antalgische houding
- Frozen shoulder
Symptomen - Posterieure schouderpijn: zowel in rust als belast
- Uitstraling mogelijk van paresthetisch karakter: dorsale zijde arm tot
in hand
- Palmaire en dorsale polspijn
- Bewegingsbeperking: AB en exo
Differentiaal- - Cervicobrachialgie
diagnose - RC problematiek
- Articulaire problematiek schouder
Spier M. Deltoideus pars clavicularis
Functie: anteflexie tot 90°
Oorsprong: clavicula lateraal 1/3e
Insertie: tuberositas deltoidea
Innervatie: N. axillaris (C5-6)
