Collage met toelichtingHierboven is mijn referentiekader te zien in de vorm van een collage.
Aan de linke bovenzijde is mijn werkervaring te zien, wat voornamelijk bestaat uit horeca en
klantenservice. Door mijn werkervaring is mijn referentiekader aanzienlijk verandert in de manier
hoe ik mij gedraag richting dit soort personeel. In de praktijk maak ik regelmatig agressie, frustratie
en bijdehand gedrag mee. Doordat ik zelf weet wat ik niet prettig vind, herhaal ik dit absoluut niet. Ik
ben heel geduldig, nooit onvriendelijk en altijd meewerkend. Dit heeft zich door de jaren heen
gevormd in een norm die ik nu altijd aanhoud.
Verder is een gedachte te zien die ik altijd dicht bij mij houd: iedereen heeft wel íets. Hiermee bedoel
ik dat ieder persoon zijn eigen bagage, problemen en situaties heeft waar wij als buitenstaanders niet
altijd rekening mee kunnen houden omdat wij hier niet van op de hoogte zijn. Ik heb mijzelf
aangeleerd om dit altijd in gedachten te houden, waardoor ik meer rekening houd met de manier
waarop mensen reageren en handelen. En net zo als sneeuwvlokjes, is geen mens hetzelfde.
Wat daarnaast een groot invloed heeft op mijn kijk op de wereld, is mijn alertheid: ik zie, hoor en ruik
alles. Dit zorgt ervoor dat observeren automatisch gebeurt. Ook ben ik heel bewust van mijzelf,
