IRRIGACIÓN MIEMBRO INFERIORLa aorta se divide en una ascendente, un arco aórtico y una
descendente. Toda esta región se llama Aorta Torácica. De T12 a L4 se
llama Aorta Abdominal. Después de L4 se divide en 2:
Arterias iliacas comunes, que se dividen en 2 más:
Arteria iliaca interna (irriga estructuras de la pelvis) y Arteria iliaca
externa (sale y se distribuye en el miembro inferior)
A. ILIACA INTERNA
RAMAS EXTRAPÉLVICAS (!) (estructuras fuera de la pelvis)
A. Glútea Superior
A. Glútea Inferior
A. Obturatriz
A. Pudenda Interna
1. A. Obturatriz
Se dirige por el conducto obturador y da 4 ramas
R. púbica: al pubis
R. acetabular: muy pequeña, va al acetábulo
R. anterior y posterior: más grandes. Cuando ingresa al conducto
obturador sale y ahí se divide en anterior y posterior. Se
distribuye en músculos aductores.
2. A. Glútea Superior
Recorrido similar al Nervio. Sale por arriba del piriforme y se distribuye
en el glúteo medio, glúteo menor y tensor de la fascia lata.
R. superficial: irrigación glúteo medio
R. profunda: irrigación glúteo menor
3. A. Glútea Inferior
Pasa por debajo del piriforme, se encarga de la inervación del glúteo
mayor. Da una arteria pequeña que se llama arteria Comitante del
Nervio Isquiático, acompaña al N. isquiático y lo irriga.
4. A. Pudenda Interna
Sale de la pelvis y se devuelve, para irrigar a la zona pudenda o
genitales externos.
