Ik heb in module 1 de colleges samengevat die nodig zijn voor het tentamen eind januari. Hier komen hoofdstuk 13 - 16 - 19 en 20 aanbod. LET OP ik heb alleen samengevat wat in de colleges ook is benoemd.

Testes = teelballen/zaadballen
o Bestaan voornamelijk uit klierweefsel. Verpakt in een kapsel in het scrotum. In die
zaadballen zitten zaadlobben en kanaaltjes. Via de testes gaat het sperma via de
ductus efferentes naar de epididymis.
o In de testes worden de spermacellen gevormd dit heet spermatogenese en tevens
worden ook de mannelijke hormonen gevormd dit heet de androgenen.
Epididymis = bijbal
o De functie van de bijbal is het opruimen van beschadigde spermacellen en het
opslaan van rijpe spermacellen.
o Door vloeistof toe te voegen treed ook bewegelijkheid op bij de spermacellen maar
in de epididymis wordt juist vloeistof gebruikt om de bewegelijkheid tegen te gaan.
Zodat ze in de opslag blijven zitten.
Ductus of vas deferens = zaadleider (de term ductus = altijd buisje)
o De spermacellen gaan via de zaadleider via buikholte naar de urethra toe. Dit stuwt
de spermacellen voort en dan komen ze langs de zaadblaadjes die vocht toevoegen.
In de zaadleider is ook weer een opslag (ampulla genoemd).
Accessoire organen
Vesicula seminalis = zaadblaasjes
Prostaatklier
Glandula bulbourethrales = cowperklier (klieren worden altijd aangeduid met glandula)
Functies van de accessoire klieren:
Het activeren en aanbieden van voedingsstoffen (bewegelijkheid)
Bevorderen van spieren door een enzym: prostaglandinen
Antibiotische eigenschap voor bacteriële infecties tegen te gaan
Neutraliseren van zuren, zuur is niet goed voor de sperma.
