,HET HART: MACROSCOPIE
• Kegelvormig, hol, gespierd orgaan.
• Omvang van de vuist van de eigenaar
• Ligt in het mediastinum (ruimte tussen de longen)
– Schuin, iets naar links
– Basis ligt bovenaan (2de intercostale ruimte)
– Apex (top) ligt onderaan links (5de intercostale ruimte)
• Hart rust op centrale pees van diafragma
• Craniaal: grote bloedvaten
• Dorsaal van hart lopen oesofagus, trachea, li & re stam-bronchus,
Ao. descendens, VCI, borstwervels
• Lateraal van hart: longen
• Ventraal van hart: sternum, ribben, intercostale spieren
RELATIE TUSSEN HART EN VERSCHILLENDE BLOEDVATEN:
Hart-vaatstelsel: indeling in 2 aparte delen:
• Bloedsomloop:
– Hart (= pomp)
– Bloedvaten(stelsel) (= buizenstelsel)
• Lymfestelsel (= volgend hoofdstuk)
Beiden communiceren en zijn nauw verbonden!!

• Vertrekken vanuit het hart, voeren bloed richting
weefsels
– Venen en venulen:
• Voeren het bloed terug naar het hart vanuit de weefsels
– Capillairen en sinusoïden:
• Haarvaten en

bloedruimtes
• Liggen tussen het
arterieel en het veneus
systeem
• Staan in permanente
uitwisseling met de
weefsels, van waaruit
ook de lymfevaten
vertrekken
– Deze voeren
overtollig
weefselvocht
(terug) naar de
bloedbaan (venen)
