Mijn naam is Jana Smeets. In 2018 ben ik begonnen met de BBL opleiding
verzorgende IG in Roermond op de gilde opleidingen. In 2021 heb ik dit
met succes afgerond en mijn diploma behaald. In september ’21 ben ik
begonnen aan mijn opleiding verpleegkundige verkort BBL.
Ik ben werkzaam als leerling verpleegkundige bij thuiszorgorganisatie
Groene kruis in ……. Het team waarin ik werk biedt ondersteuning,
persoonlijke verzorging, palliatieve zorg en verpleegkundige zorg aan
mensen die dit thuis niet meer zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren. Er wordt
samen met de cliënt bekeken welke zorg van toepassing is. Hierbij
betrekken we en ondersteunen we ook de familie en mantelzorgers. De
zelfredzaamheid is een belangrijk punt. Bovendien wordt er disciplinair
samen gewerkt om kwaliteit van zorg te kunnen bieden.
