Mijn naam is Lieke Lentfert en ik ben student Verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool Saxion te
Enschede. Het verslag dat u zo zal gaan lezen is een beschrijving van de stappen van
klinisch redeneren aan de hand van het model van Marc Bakker. Het verslag is geschreven
voor de module OHBOV09, verpleegkundige zorg aan volwassenen in acute zorgsituaties. In
het verslag wordt er een situatie beschreven waar een zorgvrager in de thuiszorg mee te
maken heeft gehad. De informatie is afkomstig van dossiers en literatuur, de zorgvrager zelf
en mijn eigen ervaring. Alle informatie is geanonimiseerd om de privacy van betrokkenen te
waarborgen. Ik wil graag mijn docent Karin de Vries bedanken voor haar tips, feedback en
ondersteuning bij het schrijven van dit verslag.
