➢ De verloskundige heeft samen met de kraamzorg zicht op de veranderingen van
moeder en kind in het kraambed.
➢ In het reguliere aanbod brengt de verpleegkundige een huisbezoek in de 2 e week na
de geboorte. Kijk in de presentatie “Geboortezorg in Nederland” hoe de JGZ in tijd
aansluit op de Kraamzorg.
➢ In specifieke gevallen kan de verpleegkundige van de JGZ eerder in beeld komen.
Soms al voor de geboorte. Deze zorg noemen we “Voorzorg”.

➢ Borstvoeding komt op gang, vorming van
colostrum.
Colostrum bevat veel eiwitten & antistoffen.
Weken erna komen er meer vetten en
koolhydraten.
Prolactine: melkproductie
Oxytocine: toeschietreflex


➢ Involutio uteri oa onder invloed van oxytocine (krimpen van de baarmoeder).
➢ Elasticiteit van de buikwand.
➢ Elasticiteit symfyse (bekkeninstabiliteit)
