• zuurstofschuld (basis eerste hulp)

3) Onvoldoende/onderbroken bevloeiing (bv. Longembolie)

• 2 soorten
1) Opgelost in bloed (weinig -> direct aan cellen afgeven)
2) Met hemoglobine (veel -> [HB] + saturatiegraad afhankelijk)

o 2 alfa + 2 bèta ketens
o ijzerhoudende heemstructuur -> bindt O2
o Verzadiging
Wanneer 1 O2 bindt, volgen andere 3 sneller
