Dit verslag is geschreven na aanleiding van dhr. B (69 jaar).
Dhr. B heeft in het verleden een rectumcarcinoom gehad. Daarvoor heeft hij in 2016 een
sigmoïdresectiegehad. Door een noodlekkage, is ervoor gekozen een dubbelloops stoma aan te
leggen. De thuiszorg voorziet de stomazorg van dhr.
Iedere ochtend en avond wordt het stomazakje vervangen en na iedere douchebeurt (maandag,
woensdag en vrijdag) wordt de stomaplak vervangen. Dit wordt gedaan volgens het Vilans Protocol,
