Inleiding
Aangezien de fusie tussen de Hogeschool NoordHolland (NHN) en Stenden Hogeschool is afgeblazen,
is het van belang om een nieuwe organisatie- en HR-strategie te bepalen. De macro-, micro- en
meso-omgeving van de hogeschool zijn in dit rapport onderzocht. Hiermee is het mogelijk om een
stevige bijdrage te leveren aan de formulering van de nieuwe organisatiestrategie met een daarbij
passend HR-beleid.

Eerst is er een externe- en interne analyse verricht om de kansen en bedreigingen in kaart te
brengen. Aan de hand van deze gegevens is er een SWOT-analyse opgesteld. Vanuit deze SWOT-
analyse zijn er vier scenario’s uitgewerkt over de toekomstige verwachtingen van de HNH. Het meest
realistische scenario is uitgebreid uitgewerkt. De toekomstige formatie van docenten is aan de hand
van het student/docent ratio in K3R vastgesteld. Ook is het huidige personeelsbestand en de
verwachte bezetting in K3R uitgewerkt. Op verschillende punten in de K3R zal een gap ontstaan, om
deze gap te dichten zijn er gerichte adviezen beschreven die de HNH kan implementeren om in te
spelen op deze veranderingen.

Door dit rapport zullen er hopelijk voldoende speerpunten heeft om de nieuwe organisatiestrategie
te vertalen naar een HR-strategie die past bij de organisatie van de HNH.
