Erysipelas =wondroos (vorm van cellulitis)
- Infectie van de dermis

Verschijnselen/efflorescenties/klachten:
- Koorts, misselijkheid, malaise, rillingen
- Rode, warme, pijnlijke, scherpomschreven, oppervlakkige plek die groter wordt
- Eventueel oedeem
- Vaak lymfklierzwelling

- DD indien in gezicht: rosacea
- DD indien gelokaliseerd aan been: ulcus cruris, diepveneuze trombose
Behandeling: flucloxacilline (smal-spectrum penicilline)
Erythrasma
Oorzaak: corynebacterium minutissimum
Verschijnselen/efflorescentie/klachten:
- rood-bruine
- Scherp begrensde
- lichtschilferende verkleuring in plooien (oksels, liezen)
DD: mycose, psoriasis inversa, intertrigo (smetten: rode pijnlijke huiduitslag in
lichaamsplooien)
Behandeling: alleen bij hinderende jeuk, irritatie: miconazolcreme bij onvoldoende
verbetering: fusidinezuurcreme
Erythema migrans
Oorzaak: Bacterie: Borrelia
verschijnselen/efflorescentie/klachten:
- Perifeer gelegen
- Grillig gevormde erythemateuze
- Ring met centrale opheldering en in het midden tekenen van een lokale
ontstekingshaard
DD: Mycose (“ ringworm”),cellulitis
behandeling: Antibiotica per os (doxycycline)
