1. Importance of personalization of the website: Our analysis concluded
that 50% of the websites analyzed don’t have an “About us” section.
Customers care about who they are doing business with, and the
about us section offers the bridge between customers and the
website/ business. Not having this section can be a deal braker for
some customers as they lose trust and connection with the
business/website.
2. Importance of social media presence: Analysis of the progression p of
pour competitors revealed that 3 out 5 websites do have a good social
media presence. The websites regularly engage with their audience on
multiple social channels and keep their community active by posting
relevant content consistently. The 2 websites that didn’t score well in
this section did indeed have a lower following and online audience,
which is safe to be considered a missed opportunity. The key takeaway
of this point is that to increase potential success a website/business
should have a good social media presence.
3. Website performance: 4 out of the 5 competitors in the analysis scored
lower than 4 on the performance section of the analysis because of
how their websites performed on mobile devices. The most common
issue was slow page loading time on mobile devices. Page loading
speed, on mobile especially is a key factor affecting bounce rate as
well as SEO and Google ranking. The key takeaway on this topic is that
we have to be careful to optimize our website well for mobile and
watch out for the page loading speed on mobile, as well as on the
desktop version.

control of household appliances and devices, without any extra effort.
The idea of our mission came after watching Simon Sinek’s Speech in TED
Talk. He explained about the golden circle model, and how it’s important for
the companies to start first from inside the circle which is “why” and going
outside the circle through “how and what” instead the other way around.
So based to the golden circle model the reason that we want to sell smart
home devices “why” is that we are committed to meet the goal of our
customers to achieve the highest standards of living by providing them with
the Fastest, Safest & Most Advance Technology Based Home Automation &
Energy Saving such as, smart speakers, smart curtains, smart lightings, smart
washing machine and any electronic home devices that you can think
about. To every Home Owner who is interested in Technology and living in
Europe, US and Asia.
