, InleidingDit onderzoek heeft plaatsgevonden naar aanleiding van de vraag van het bestuur van het
domein Business, Media en Recht (BMR) van hogeschool Windesheim Zwolle om in kaart te
brengen hoe de communicatie naar studenten van het domein nu verloopt en hoe deze
communicatie kan worden verbeterd, met daarbij de focus op de behoefte van de studenten.
Het bestuur van het domein BMR heeft gemerkt dat studenten niet altijd alle informatie
krijgen die voor hen belangrijk is. Daarom hebben zij de studenten van COMNOW
ingeschakeld om onderzoek te doen naar hoe de studenten nu hun informatie op dit
moment krijgen en of zij daar tevreden mee zijn of dat zij deze informatie op een andere
manier zouden willen ontvangen.
Het doel van dit onderzoek is het in kaart brengen van de behoeftes van de BMR studenten.
Met deze uitkomsten kan de opdrachtgever de informatie vanuit BMR afstemmen op de
behoefte van de BMR studenten. Het doel van de onderzoekers is om de informatie die zij
over de studenten verzamelen te bundelen en overzichtelijk te communiceren naar de
opdrachtgever.
De organisatie waarvoor dit onderzoek wordt uitgevoerd is hogeschool Windesheim Zwolle.
Het onderzoek wordt uitgevoerd onder de studenten van het domein Business, Media en
Recht.
