- Fysische inperking: pasteuriseren van melk
Hooke microscoop: zag kurkcellen, had twee lenzen objectief en oculair, beeld
was slecht.
Leeuwenhoek microscoop: zag micro-organismen, zag kamertjes en noemde dit
cellen, had één lens, beter beeld.
