Het beheersen van goederenstroom van zand tot klant. Van begin tot het einde alles
verzorgen om de juiste goederen op het juiste tijdstip op de juiste plaats in de juiste
hoeveelheid met de juiste kwaliteit en tegen de juiste prijs aan de klant te bezorgen.
Doel: tegen lage kosten en kapitaalgebruik te voldoen aan de behoefte van de markt en met
toekomstige klant langdurige relatie opbouwen.

- Doorlooptijden moeten verkort worden, voorraad-, transport-, inkoop- en
