Formule 1:
ADR × Occupancy% = RevPAR
Formule 2:

Occupancy % = Het percentage van de beschikbare kamers dat door
gasten werd bezet tijdens een bepaalde periode. Dit word ook wel als de
opbrengst per beschikbare kamer gezien.

Property and equipment = Aanschafprijs (kostprijs) – depreciatie
(accumelate depreciation) = boekwaarde (property and equipment)
Accumelate depreciation = Samengevoegde afschrijvingen bij elkaar.
Current liabilities = Je berekent dit door alle schulden op een bepaald
moment bij elkaar op te stellen. Je vindt deze op de creditzijde van de
balans.
