- Fmer needs to work with people. If your employees are happy then your customers will be
happy too.

How do you keep your employees engage?
Employee engagement
= When employees are connected to, satisfied with, and enthusiastic about their jobs
Highly engaged employees are passionate about and deeply connected to their work. Disengaged
employees have essentially “checked out” and don’t care. They show up for work, but have no
energy or passion for it.

Green perspective: How to make an green HR perspective?
Green business are: (functions)
- Socially and environmentally
- Care for their workers
- Protect their customers and clients
- Improve their communities
Green businesses are: (objectives)
- Enhances environmental quality
- Economic benefits
- The minimization of waste
- The creation of jobs
- Diversity of gender, race, geographic and age social and environmental benefits
- Provides family-supporting wages and benefits, with safe working conditions
- Provides access to training and a clear career track

Hoe kan je duurzaam HR toepassen op de cobaltmijn?
- Veiligheid op de werkplek
- Salaris
- Werkkleding
- Zorg niet alleen voor je eigen arbeidsomstandigheden maar ook naar de
arbeidsomstandigheden waar je facilitair inkoopt.
Green management
= An enterprise that has minimal negative impact on the global or local environment, community,
society or economy.
- Until the late 1960s, few people (and organizations) paid attention to the environmental
consequences of their decisions and actions. However, a number of environmental disasters
brought a new spirit of environmentalism to individuals, groups, and organizations.
Increasingly, managers have begun to consider the impact of their organization on the
natural environment, which we call green management.
Connect green management with the 5 P’s model!!!!
Green management = Sustainable management !!!!!!!!!!!!
WEET HET VERSCHIL TUSSEN PERSONNAL MANAGEMENT EN EMPLOYEE WELFARE:
- Je kan je niet alleen storten op employee welfare (individueel). Bijv door iedereen super veel
salaris te geven dan ga je failliet. Personnal management en employee welfare moeten in
balans zijn = dan werk je naar sustainable HR (Dit moet je kunnen toepassen op een bedrijf,
hoe ga je dit doen)
- Hoe kan je bijv. bij nachtshiften de arbeidsomstandigheden verbeteren als FM’er:
o Hoger salaris
o Kortere shifts, denk na over roosters
o Reistijd van woon naar werk
o Werk verlichten door automatisering
o Eten, warme maaltijd
- Hoe kan je bijv. bij schoonmakers van Prorail door bijv. een aanrijding met de trein
verbeteren als FM’er:
o Opvanging van de medewerkers (mentaal)
o Training/opleiding
o Equipment (middelen voor uitvoering, kleding)
Duurzaam HR zit in de HR zodanig na te denken over de arbeidsomstandigheden (salaris, veiligheid,
training, etische vraagstukken), en als het
personeel niet functioneert dan heeft dat
effect op je hele bedrijf en gaat het bedrijf
wel failliet.
Je moet dit uit kunnen leggen!!
