Biologie H6 Voortplanting6.1 Embryonale ontwikkeling
Bij bevruchting versmelt de zaadcel met de kern van een eicel samen.
Een bevruchte eicel (= zygote) deelt als de dochtercellen.
-> al delend gaat de zygote vervolgens naar de baarmoeder.
-> klievingsdelingen = de eerste delingen, deze groeien niet.
Ontwikkeling van de embryo in de baarmoeder:
1. innesteling = cellen zetten zich vast in het baarmoederslijmvlies
2. buitenste laag cellen (trofoblast) vormen het begin van de placenta
3. binnen de trofoblast vormt zich een kiemschijf waarin het embryo ontwikkelt
4. kiemschijf cellen delen en er vormen 2 holtes met vocht:
a. amnionholte: groeit mee met het embryo
b. dooierblaasje: maakt de eerste bloedcellen, is klein en verdwijnt later
5. trofoblast vormt vlokken dat de placenta vormt
6. de navelstreng vormt naar het embryo
7. de amnionholte is gevuld met vruchtwater omgeven door vruchtvliezen en de embryo
erbinnen.
● Na 8 weken als alle organen zijn aangelegd noemen we het een foetus.
● De foetus is via de navelstreng verbonden met de placenta.

Lichaamscellen hebben een diploïd (2n) (46) aantal chromosomen
->verdeeld in 23 paren (homologe chromosomen)
● 1 paar van vader en 1 paar van moeder
● beide hebben de informatie over 1 bepaalde eigenschap zoals oogkleur
Gameten (geslachtscellen) hebben een haploïd (n) (23) chromosomen
-> van elk chromosoom 1 exemplaar, want die smelten samen bij bevruchting
Meiose is voor geslachtscellen: Binas tabel 76B
Meiose I: chromosomen van elk paar uit elkaar
1. interfase: chromosomen spiraliseren
2. profase: kernmembraan valt uit elkaar
3. metafase: chromosomen paren tegenover elkaar in het midden van de cel
4. anafase, telofase: gesplitst in 2 haploïde cellen (n)
-> elk chromosoom bestaat uit 2 chromatiden
Meiose II: chromatiden van chromosomen uit elkaar
1. interkinese: chromosomen in het midden van de kern
2. profase II: kernmembranen vallen uit elkaar
3. metafase II: chromosomen tegenover elkaar in het midden van de cel
4. anafase II, telofase II: gesplitst in 4 haploïde cellen (n)
