Drie studenten van Hogeschool Inholland hebben de opdracht gekregen om verschillende ethische
kwesties te vergelijken en de culturele verschillen met Japan te beschrijven. Deze drie studenten zijn. Het
toegewezen bedrijf is ASML.
Tijdens het opstellen van dit document zijn we meer te weten gekomen over ASML, wat zij doen en welke
invloed zij hebben op de samenleving. Hierbij zijn aspecten beschreven als duurzaamheid, culturele
verschillen, organisatie- en managementstructuren, human resources, leidinggeven, motiveren etc.
