Achievement Goal Theory bouwt voort op de besproken doel oriëntaties
Binnen de AGT wordt dan het onderscheid gemaakt tussen:
o Mastery Goals
o Performance Goals
AGT zegt dan dat Mastery niet zonder Performance kan en andersom, maar dat er per
sporter een bepaalde balans in gevonden moet worden
Als sportpsycholoog is het dan juist de kunst om samen met je sporter op zoek te gaan naar
die balans
