Individuals experience this stage when they are aged between 20 and 35
years. During this stage, one may increase in size and increase weight as
the body cells are active which lead to growth and development of the
body. Hormonal changes take place but they have fewer effects when
compared during the puberty and adolescent stage.

Middle adulthood

This stage occurs to individuals who are aged between 35 to 65 years of
age. The human body experiences significant changes that can be
physically identified and noticeable easily. At this stage, individuals
experience loss of skin elasticity which leads to wrinkles and lines widen
to the human skin.

Late adulthood

This is the last stage of adulthood and it occurs to persons who are
beyond 65 years of age. The wrinkles are easily seen and also one
develops brown age spots on their skin. Also, one develops eyesight
problems and may consider using eyeglasses. Individuals under this
