PROBLEEM
1.1 SITUATIE
Mw. W. heeft atriumfibrilleren waarvoor zij twee dagen geleden een vooralsnog
ongecompliceerde repositionering en ablatie van de pulmonaal vene in het hart heeft gehad.
Mw. belt plotseling in de avond omdat zij zich nu acuut niet lekker voelt. Mw. ziet op dat
moment bleek, transpireert en is in zichzelf gekeerd. Mw. ervaart hartkloppingen en is
misselijk.
1.2 BACKGROUND
