Labo Farmaceutische analyse: Fotometrische bepaling van vitamine C
Doel:
Het doel is om de concentraties in µmol/l van de twee onbekende vitamine c-oplossingen te
berekenen. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met de verdunning. Om de concentraties te berekenen,
wordt er gebruik gemaakt van spectrofotometrie.

Vitamine C absorbeert licht bij 266 nm.
Absorbanties van de standaard oplossingen met een verschillende concentratie worden gemeten.
Met behulp van statistische verwerking worden vervolgens de concentraties van de onbekenden
berekend.

c= 8,99 * 10-4 mol/l
V= 3,0 l
M = 141,96g/mol
Met deze gegevens kan men de theoretische massa van Na 2HPO4 berekenen.
mtheoretisch Na2HPO4 = V * c * M
= 3,0 l * 8,99 * 10-4 mol/l* 141,96 g/mol
= 0,38 g
mpraktisch Na2HPO4 = 0,38 g
Door mpraktisch kan cpraktisch worden berekend, zie afvalverwerking.
