business?=> Stakeholder analysis
,CONCEPT 2: Stakeholders analysis
Be used to have just one stakeholder: This is my company and I am the boss.
The new way is that you take into account your people, your bankers, your shareholders..
and all of them are stakeholders will matter when deciding where you want to fly to,
where you want to go to.
• Shareholders “accionistas “are not alike (is not that easy. For example if you have a
family you don´t want to take that risk)
• Personnel/workers : You can not simply say that workers are workers and
especially in this type of company where you start like a small worker and end up
like a shareholder.
We need the people because we are the people
• Clients: they are important , they pay the bills. But it´s more than that with some
clients you can develop, they can say I start working with you
• Funding : bank, government. Funding from banks then you will have o answer to
those banks.
It is not just that stakeholders want profit , it is much complicated than that. Each one has
got their own individual goals and aspirations:>the opinion of a company doesn´t exit, you
have individual opinions that may confront.
, CONCEPT 3: BUSINESS PURPOSE
The old way was constructing a factoring and becoming rich- US economy , but destroying the
community.
You started a factory, you pollute, you start a profit and then you become rich
Couldn´t be try to do at least less bad?: Movement called CSR (underpaying people, polluting..
we have to stop that!)
in the last couple of year (CSR) social responsibility to bring the destruction of the community
in a lower level and another movement which try to do business and good at the same time
one that makes good business
The purpose has to be clear , because if it´s clear it makes things simple
Being focused on something else than just make profit give us an enormous power
