- Internal (psychisch welzijn): intentie op gelukkig, gezond zijn, fysiek,
mentaal en spiritueel zijn. Hier heb je zelf veel impact op. Er zijn
momenten waarbij je je soms ongelukkig kan voelen, je hebt het niet 100%
in eigen handen. We kunnen zelf voor geluk kiezen, we hebben veel in
onze handen.
- Interpersonal (interpersoonlijke): we zien dat we nood hebben aan
mensen, aan healing relationships. We hebben iemand nodig die ons
positief beïnvloedt. Soms verlies je mensen omdat je kiest voor ‘healing
relationships’. Je moet elkaar ondersteunen, elkaar aanspreken en
conflicten uitpraten. Healing organizations: de organisaties waar menselijk
contact, persoonlijke ontwikkeling prioritair is! de medewerkers zich goed
laten voelen, groeien en steunen zodat de werknemers voor winst zorgen.
Hoe kan je als organisatie de mensen dienen en niet de organisatie? Het
gaat om visie van werken van een bedrijf. Als ziekenhuis zorg je ervoor dat
de verpleegsters op tijd hun pauzes nemen, zich goed voelen, …
- Behavioural (gedrag): op tijd ontspannen, als we het hebben over
gezondheidszorg; integrative approach, gaat het over gedrag
- External (het externe): hoe kan je de omgeving inlichten zodat mensen
minder stress ervaren en zich gelukkiger voelen?

heb je ook zelf in de handen. Je kan je psychologische toestand veranderen door
fysieke plaats/omgeving aan te passen. Zij zijn wederzijds afhankelijk van elkaar
en beïnvloeden elkaar.
