Ik ben … en ik ga jullie vandaag uitleggen waarom we tegenwoordig niet meer kunnen zonder social
media.
Voordat ik ga beginnen wil ik iets van jullie weten: Steek je hand op als je een vorm van social media
gebruikt: Dat is in deze klas zelfs iedereen.
Uit een onderzoek van het CBS in 2018 blijkt zelfs dat 85% van de Nederlanders actief is op een social
media platform. Dat we het massaal gebruiken staat dus vast, maar waarom kunnen we
tegenwoordig nu niet meer zonder social media?

Om die vraag te beantwoorden ga ik het hebben over de volgende onderwerpen:

Allereerst: Wat is social media.
‘’social media is een verzamelbegrip voor online platformen waar de gebruikers de inhoud
verzorgen’’.
Denk hierbij aan platformen zoals Instagram, facebook, twitter, Whatsapp, LinkedIn en nog talloze
anderen. Om de zoveel jaar komt er weer een groot platform bij of komen er bepaalde schandalen
naar boven, zoals nu met Facebook het geval is. Dan zie je nog wel eens dat voornamelijk
adolescenten en jongvolwassenen massaal naar andere social media platformen trekken.
