In het kader van de module ‘Waardecreatie’ heeft onze groep onderzoek gedaan naar hoe Hotel,
Brasserie de Pergola betekenisvoller kan gaan ondernemen. Hierbij is gekeken naar hoe we het
businessmodel van de Pergola kunnen innoveren met een nieuwe samenwerking. Allereest willen wij
graag de heer Oosterveld bedanken voor zijn medewerking aan ons adviesrapport. Ten tweede willen
wij graag de heer Janssen en mevrouw Schulten bedanken voor de inhoudelijke lessen. Ten slotte
willen wij graag de heer Steenhuis, mevrouw Cromme en de heer van Haaps bedanken de financiële
