Mijn naam is ****, ik ben 30 jaar oud en ik ben momenteel 10 jaar werkzaam als facilitair medewerker
bij woningstichting ******. In deze functie voer ik vele ondersteunende werkzaamheden uit om ervoor
te zorgen dat mijn collega’s een prettige en veilige werkomgeving hebben waarin zij hun talenten tot
uiting kunnen brengen. Verder valt onder andere het wagenpark en het gebouwbeheer van de
kantoorpanden onder mijn beheer. Daarnaast begeleid ik 7 medewerkers met een afstand tot de
arbeidsmarkt.
Moduleopdracht
Voor u ligt een moduleopdracht voor de module Management en organisatie waarin een korte
situatiebeschrijving van ****** en van de facilitaire organisatie, waar ik voor werk, staat weergegeven.
Aan de hand van de exameninformatie heb ik de moduleopdracht puntsgewijs uitgewerkt. Tijdens het
uitwerken ben ik erachter gekomen dat het niet heel gemakkelijk is om de theorie toe te passen in de
praktijk. Een woningcorporatie werkt bijvoorbeeld niet met het behalen van winst of risico’s van
bijvoorbeeld concurrenten en een ondersteunde afdeling die werkzaamheden uitvoert in het
secundaire onderdeel van ******, zoals de facilitaire organisatie, sluit niet altijd aan op de strategie van
****** zelf. Dit wordt ook kenbaar gemaakt in deze moduleopdracht.
