Voor mijn opleiding als HBO-verpleegkundige loop ik stage bij het X in de wijkzorg. Tijdens mijn stage
heb ik mijn stageopdracht over interprofessioneel samenwerken uitgevoerd. In deze opdracht komt
naar voren hoe zorgprofessionals samenwerken binnen de instelling. De complexiteit van de zorg
neemt toe waardoor zorgprofessionals steeds vaker met elkaar moeten samenwerken. In deze
