, Inleiding
Deze opdracht gaat over zorg verlenen in midden complexe zorgsituaties. Aan de hand van de
complexiteitsscorelijst in bijlage 1 is er een patiënt gekozen met diabetische voet met plantair defect
waardoor voorvoet amputatie en waarbij diabetes mellitus type 2 werd ontdekt. Deze patiënt wordt
uitgewerkt aan de hand van de zes stappen van Marc Bakker. De anamnese wordt afgenomen aan de
hand van de elf gezondheidspatronen van Gordon en de diagnoses zijn gesteld door middel van de
NANDA en uitgewerkt door middel van de NOC en NIC. In een STARRT-verslag is er gereflecteerd op
de situatie en beargumenteerd waarom er bepaalde keuzes gemaakt zijn.
