1. INTRODUCCIÓN.
■ ¿Qué son las fuentes del Derecho (FD)?
■ Categorías o tipos normativos a través de los cuales se incorporan normas
jurídicas al ordenamiento y a través de las cuales el derecho se manifiesta. La
fuente es el soporte de la norma.
■ Sólo son fuente del Derecho aquellas que introducen reglas que son eficaces con
carácter erga omnes respecto de todos los sujetos del ordenamiento jurídico
(aunque no necesariamente sean aplicables a todos y a cada uno de esos
sujetos). No tienen esa condición de fuente aquellos elementos jurídicos que
producen actos con eficacia inter partes.
