Inleiding:
Voor U ligt mijn activiteitenplan. Ik heb dit plan geschreven als
eindopdracht voor het vak ‘activiteiten’. Wanneer dit is
goedgekeurd ga ik uitvoeren. Ik heb er met veel plezier aan
gewerkt; mijn liefde voor de zorg is ontstaan uit het begeleiden
van activiteiten voor mensen met dementie. Mijn doel is om
deze mensen zoveel mogelijk fijne momenten te laten beleven
binnen de mogelijkheden. Ervaring leert dat er altijd
mogelijkheden zijn. Altijd. Voor iedereen.
