Schijngewrichten:
Scapulathoracale gewricht/glijvlak 2 (achterkant van je ribben)
Subacromiaal ruimte/“gewricht” 3 (meer de ruimte, boven de kop van
humeri)
Art. Humeri / art. Glenohumerale is een kogelgewricht (bolgewricht) en
heeft 3 assen (vrijheidsgraden).
Bewegingen:
Anteflexie – retroflexie, Sagittale vlak om transversale as
Abductie – adductie, Frontale vlak om sagittale as
, Endorotatie – exorotatie, Transversale vlak om longitudinale as
Kop: caput humeri
Kom: cavitas glenoidalis
Art. Sternoclavicularis = SC-gewricht is anatomisch een zadelgewricht,
functioneel (door de discus) een kogelgewricht. (Clavicula kan om eigen lengte-as
draaien).
Bewegingen:
Elevatie – depressie
Protractie – retractie
Axiale rotatie (enige gewricht waarin dit kan!)
Kop en kom vanuit frontale vlak bekeken
Kop: Extremitas sternalis (clavicula)
Kom: Incisura clavicularis
Art. Acromioclavicularis = AC-gewricht is anatomisch een vlak gewricht,
functioneel een kogelgewricht
Bewegingen:
Elevatie – depressie
Protractie – retractie
Laterorotatie – mediorotatie
Kop en kom mogen omgedraaid staan omdat het een vlak gewricht is.
Kop: Extremitas acromialis (clavicula)
Kom: Acromion
Scapulothoracale glijvlak:
Schijngewricht: als je een beweging maakt in de schoudergordel schuift de hele scapula over
de thorax heen. (translatie)
Puntum fixum schoudergordel is het sc-gewricht (enige punt waar schoudergordel vastzit →
sternum)
Bewegingen schouderblad (translaties):
Subacromiaal gewricht = Subacromiale ruimte:
Schijngewricht: ruimte tussen het acromion en de caput humeri (heb je nodig voor
abductie, dan wordt deze ruimte kleiner)
