Les 1:
Je kunt de anatomie van de bovenste en onderste luchtwegen beschrijven;
Grens tussen onderste en bovenste luchtwegen: larynx (volgens boek de glottis)
• In trachea: Mucosa, submucosa, hyalien kraakbeen en adventitia.
• In bovenste delen onderste luchtwegen: pseudo gestratificeerd epitheel. Gaat in kleine
luchtwegen over in kubisch epitheel.
• Alveoli: alleen 1 laag squameus epitheel.
• Farynx: stevige laag plaveiselepitheel → lucht goed geleiden & bescherming tegen
schadelijke factoren

• Farynx (keelholte)
Innervatie:
n. maxillaris
n. glossopharyngeus
n. vagus
Innervatie:
Pharyngeale plexus – stuurt farynx aan – ontvangt sympathische signalen van ganglia cervicale
superior en parasympathische signalen van n. X en n. glossopharyngeus.
Bloedvoorziening:
Arteria facialis (toevoer) / vena facialis en vena jugularis interna (afvoer)
Onderste luchtwegen
• Larynx
Innervatie:
Linker- en rechter nervus laryngeus recurrens (afspl. N.X) – stembanden
Linker heeft een langer traject → grotere kans op beschadiging. Rechter zit dichtbij larynx.
Bloedvoorziening
Arteria laryngeus superior & inferior (toevoer) / vena thyroïdea → v. jugularis interna (afvoer)

• Trachea
Trachea is ongeveer 11 cm lang en loopt vanaf C6 tot mediastinum (T5). Diameter 2.5 cm.
15-20 hoefijzervormige hyaliene kraakbeenringen. Open kanten naar dorsale zijde van lichaam.
Superior en inferior verbonden met ringbang van elastisch bindweefsel (ligamentum anulare
trachea). Achterzijde is elastisch bindweefsel en glad spierweefsel van musculus trachealis.
• Buitenste laag
o Elastisch en fibreus bindweefsel
o Omringt hoefijzervormige kraakbeenringen
• Middelste laag
o Kraakbeen en glad spierweefsel
o Bevat bloedvaten, lymfevaten en autonome zenuwen
• Binnenste laag
o Epitheel die doorloopt naar de larynx.
o Bekleed met mucosa dat cilia bevat.
o Rondom mucosa: submucosa met slijmbekercellen.
Innervatie
n. vagus takken: vooral n. laryngeus recurrens en sympathische zenuwen direct uit sympathische
ganglia in hersensstam.
Bloedvoorziening:
aa. bronchiales (onderste 1/3 deel, voorzien ook bronchi en kleine luchtwegen) en Arteria laryngeus
inferior (bovenste 2/3 deel) toevoer
v. bronchiales
• Hoofdbronchi
Bifurcatie - splitsing waar trachea overgaat in linker- en rechter hoofdbronchus. (T5)
