, VOORWOORD
Dit onderzoeksplan gaat over het opzetten van een onderzoek om een beter beeld te krijgen over
welke veranderingen aan de werkomgeving doorgevoerd moeten worden om aan de wens van de
organisatie te kunnen voldoen. De aanleiding voor het schrijven van dit onderzoeksplan is dat dit
onderzoeksplan een opdracht is vanuit de opleiding die ik volg, namelijk: facility management aan de
Haagse Hogeschool vanuit het vak R&I5.
Tijdens het schrijven van dit verslag heb ik vooral erg geleerd om zelf goed na te denken over welke
informatie je nou echt nodig hebt en op welke manier je die kan achterhalen. Ook heb ik veel geleerd
over de begrippen die centraal staan zoals bijvoorbeeld het nieuwe werken.
Verder wil ik graag mevrouw van Diermen bedenken voor de ondersteuning tijdens het project, de
informatieve lessen en de feedback die ik heb gekregen.
