Na het terugblikken op het 2de semester van jaar 3, bij mijn stageplek ASKV Steunpunt Vluchtelingen in
Amsterdam, kan ik zeggen dat ik veel geleerd heb. Ik heb namelijk geleerd hoe het is om zich als sociaal werker
te bewegen in het werkveld van het profiel Welzijn & Samenleving. Vervolgens heb ik ervaring kunnen op doen
in het werkveld door me in te zetten voor de doelgroep uitgeprocedeerde asielzoekers van de non-profit
organisatie ASKV Steunpunt Vluchtelingen. Tijdens dit proces realiseerde ik me dat er nog leerdoelen zijn waar
ik me meer in zou kunnen ontwikkelen als sociaal werker. Aan deze leerdoelen wil ik deze semester werken.
Hoe ik aan dit leerproces ga werken, wordt inzichtelijk gemaakt in dit afstudeerplan. Hierin beschrijf ik hoe ik
mijn leerproces vorm ga geven in de praktijk. Bij het opstellen van dit plan ben ik begeleid door Hanneke
Oostwoud Wijdenes, Hendrik Hofstra, Annika Klomp, mijn collega’s en medestudenten. Tot slot wil ik daarom
iedereen bedanken voor hun terugkoppeling, advies en tips, omdat deze hebben geleid tot nieuwe inzichten.
Sinds februari 2021 loop ik stage bij ASKV Steunpunt Vluchtelingen in het uitstroomprofiel Welzijn &
Samenleving. Bij deze organisatie heb ik me verder kunnen ontwikkelen als professional in het werkveld.
