- Belangrijk voor probleemsamenhang
- Waarom belangrijk voor therapie?
Beïnvloeding tussen de verschillende factoren. Als je het ene verandert, kan je vaak het andere
ook al veranderen.
Bv. als je op gedachtes/gevoelens werkt, zal je ook al meer op instandhoudende werken.
- Je start altijd met de zaken die als eerste ontwikkelt zijn

- Waarom is naast ontwikkelingsmodel ook ICF belangrijk voor behandeling?

Relaties tussen alle componenten maakt ook dat als je op bepaalde factoren werkt, je
beïnvloeding gaat zien op andere factoren
Om evolutie te bespreken met cliënt
- Einddoel bij volwassenen is nooit dat de clt. niet meer stottert (bij een kleuter zou dit wel mogelijk zijn)
- Welke specifieke aandachtspunten zou je kunnen hebben bij volwassenen?
Starten met persoonlijke factoren omdat hier ook de hulpvraag situeert
Belangrijkste = Wat is de hulpvraag van de cliënt?
Bv. je krijgt een verslag met “veel overt stottergedrag met veel controleverlies” doel = minder
controleverlies, makkelijker stottert… MAAR is dit de hulpvraag van de cliënt?

3. Leidraad opstellen behandelplan
Stap 1: Doelen genereren uit ICF
- Vertrek vanuit sterktes faciliterende factoren verweven (kunnen stotteren vergemakkelijken)
- Beginnen met PF
- Doelen formuleren vanuit clt (SMART moet niet altijd)
Maar je kan geen doelen maken dat mensen hem uitlachen maar wel hoe hij ermee kan omgaan.
- Eventueel aparte doelen voor clt-systeem
Stap 2: Breng logische volgorde aan in deze doelen (ICF niet meer nodig)
- Hanteer klinisch redeneren
- Cliëntgericht en vraaggestuurd werken
- Redenering en argumentatie > volgorde zelf
Stap 3: Denk na welke (sub)doelen je nodig hebt om deze doelen te realiseren
- Zorg voor graduele opbouw (hiërarchie) met voldoende tussenstappen
- Maak gebruik van de inhouden uit cursus en je eigen klinische redenering
Stap 4: Selecteer de meest geschikte methodieken om de doelstellingen te realiseren
