Hoofdstuk 2.1 Bestellen
Het bestaat dus uit het bestellen, bewaken en de nazorg in het inkoopproces van Van
Weele. In de dit deel gaan we op elk onderdeel dieper in.
- Bestellen: Het is een opdracht tot levering. Het bestaat uit:
• Bestelaanvraagà Beschrijft kort wat je wilt hebben:
o Productomschrijving
o Aantal
o Levertijd
• Orderà Kan je nog de algemene voorwaarden in verwerken als je dat nog niet hebt
gedan bij het contracteren, heb je dit wel gedaan verwijs er dan naar.

Hoofdstuk 2.2 Bestellen automatiseren
Bij het elektronisch inkopen doe je dit vaak via:

- E-procurement: Het kan gefaciliteerd worden zonder investering van de inkopende partij.

om.
Het is dus het gebruik maken van internet technologie in het inkoopproces. Bij de UVA/HVA
is het bestellen vergelijkbaar met dat van Bol.com.
