Inleiding
In dit verslag zullen de verschillende fases van de methodische cyclus worden uitgelegd en
toegepast in de praktijk. Dit wordt gedaan samen met een cliënt waarbij er sprake is van
complexe problematiek. Uiteindelijk zal ik een begeleidingsplan maken en vanuit daar leg ik
uit hoe ik de cliënt in de toekomst zal begeleiden aan de hand van één voorbeeld.
